1). Login to Lotus Notes Web Access http://lotus.carlow.edu

2). Open your Inbox

3). Highlight the message you wish to block

4). Point to Tools

5). Select Block Mail from Sender from the list

6). Lotus will verify with the Block Mail from Sender rule box

7). Click Save and Close
