This is normally a
pop-up blocker issue.
Check for Windows XP SP2
Pop Up blocker and disable

Explorer -> Tools Menu -> Pop
Up Blocker -> Disable Pop Up

Look for toolbars such as Google Search bar or Yahoo Search
Bar on top of the Internet Browser
It could also be a ZoneAlarm, Norton Firewall, or other Firewall
issue
Must turn off Internet Firewalls to use Lotus Web Mail
Right-click the Blue
square icon in the systray (by
your computer clock)
Click Close
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools -> Internet
Options
Click the Connections Tab
Click LAN Settings button
Uncheck the Use a Proxy or VPN connection
When you reboot, Nielson will be turned back on and Lotus will
not work again until you do the steps above.
The other option is to simply uninstall Nielson Ratings software
through Add/Remove Programs.
