Users getting the following message
using Web Access.
Lotus support believes that the problem is usually a Web Browser
issue and suggests the following:
Users should, at a minimum, be using IE version 6
In IE, Tools -> Internet
Options -> Temporary Internet
files -> Settings -> View Object

a) Delete iNotes6 class (Will be recreated the
next time user logs into Web Access).
b) Also – Check for Java
Runtime Environment in the View Objects List and verify that
it is not listed as “Damaged” – if damaged,
reinstall Java from www.java.com
c) Restart IE |
In IE, Tools -> Internet
Options -> Advanced Under HTTP
1.1 settings, uncheck Use HTTP

Restart IE
In IE, Tools -> Internet
Options -> Advanced Under the Security section “Do
not save encrypted pages to disk” should
NOT be checked. Restart IE
In IE, Tools -> Privacy and Security settings should be set to Default
