Changes to Your Internet Explorer Browser

 

 

The end-user functionality for Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) has not changed much compared to Internet Explorer 6 (IE6). The changes are mostly to the appearance of the buttons and toolbars and the use of tabs for navigation. This handout will highlight the enhancements.

IE7 automatically shrinks text for improved printing ; all webpage content fits on your final printed page. Print options also include adjustable margins, customizable page layouts, removable headers and footers, and changeable print space.

Security Symbol

The security symbol Security Symbol is displayed on encrypted web sites to ensure the security of your private transmissions, such as credit card payments and banking transactions.
