Carlow maintains e-mail lists that you can add yourself to and remove yourself from. To add yourself to an e-mail list, follow these steps:
Go to http://lists.carlow.edu/archives/index.html.
Click on the name of the list you wish to join.

Click on Join or Leave the list


Enter the e-mail address where you want to receive the mailings from the list.
Enter your name.
The name of the list you want to join should already be filled in by default.
Click on the button that says Join [name of list]
Leave all other options as they are. This will ensure that you receive any messages you post to the list yourself.
You will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm that you want to be added to the list. (This way nobody can sign you up for a list without your approval.) Click on the web link included in the e-mail to confirm that you do want to be on the list.
You will receive an e-mail confirming that you have been added to the list.
If you no longer want to receive messages from the list you've joined, you can unsubscribe yourself.
Follow the above instructions, but click on the button that says Leave [name of list]. You will receive an e-mail asking for confirmation that you want to leave the list. Click on the web link included in the e-mail to confirm your removal from the list.
