	Kathleen Bartus
		Manager, Technical & Media Services
	Katie manages the work of the Media Center and of the Help Desk, ensuring that all media, smart classroom, PC, printer, and other projects are completed correctly and promptly.

	Anne Candreva
		Director, Information Technology
	Anne is responsible for the overall success of the work of Carlow's Information Technology Department. She works closely with many members of the Carlow community in order to understand the technology needs throughout the organization and then works with the IT Leadership team to plan, implement, and test the solutions we provide for those needs.

	Alicia Cerullo
		Application Web Developer
	Alicia helps with the designing and development of eportfolio, my.carlow.edu, it.carlow.edu and other application pages for Carlow. She also creates the online forms found on the Carlow website. Alicia is also responsible for creating the IT Newsletter and webspace accounts.

	Nola Coulson
		Coordinator for Instructional Technology
	Nola serves as the Coordinator for On-line Courses. In this role, she focuses on supporting Blackboard use throughout campus by supporting both faculty and students. Nola is also an active member of the Pittsburgh Blackboard User's Group.

	Kevin Crawford
		Project Manager, Datatel Conversion Project
	Kevin is responsible for the overall success of Carlow's CARS to Datatel migration. This massive project kicked off in June 2007 and will take approximately eighteen months. Kevin manages the Administrative Computing group with the Information Technology Department.

	Michael Evans
		Help Desk Analyst/Field Technician
	The majority of Mike's time is spent out on campus fixing faculty, staff, and student PC's. He also installs software and helps to maintain computer labs.

	Joyce Hallowes
		Office Assistant
	Joyce works part time as the IT office coordinator.

	Eric Harydzak
		Media Center Technician
	Eric provides video and presentation editing. He also has had consultation and training on "smart classroom" equipment. He delivers and set-ups media equiptment for faculty, staff, and special events throughout the campus community.

	Stacey Osterman
		Senior Systems Analyst
	Stacey is the primary CARS support person on our staff, and as such she is an important member of the Datatel project team. She also assists CARS users with printing, login, and usage problems and runs the more complicated CARS reports.

	Justin Sansonetti
		Help Desk Analyst/Field Technician
	The majority of Justin's time is spent out on campus fixing faculty, staff, and student PC's. He also installs software and helps to maintain computer labs.

	Monika Schwartz
		Senior Manager, Administrative Computing
	Monika is another important member of the Datatel project team. She brings knowledge of both CARS and Datatel to the team, as well as the knowledge of the various Carlow departments she has developed during her years in the IT Department.

	John Tomko
		PT Help Desk Analyst/Field Technician
	John works part-time in the evenings to help out the IT department help desk on Mondays through Thursdays. He answers helpdesk phone calls and is available for quick service calls in labs and classrooms.

	Hector Torres
		Systems Analyst
	Hector is a member of the Datatel project team. He brings experience in business process analysis, finance, and reporting. Hector will be assisting administrative departments with their migration to the new Datatel system. In addition, he will be creating reports for the new system.

	Chuck Usher
		Network Engineer
	Chuck is responsible for the physical network (switches, routing, bandwidth, etc), firewall administration, and UNIX server administration. He also assists the Windows Systems Administrator.

	Nicholas Wedig
		Media Center Technician
	Nicholas provides consultation and training on "smart classroom" equipment, and also does video and presentation editing. He sets-up and delivers media equiptment for faculty, staff, and special events throughtout the campus community.

	Matt Williams
		Help Desk Analyst/Field Technician
	The majority of Matt's time is spent out on campus fixing faculty, staff, and student PC's. He also installs software and helps to maintain computer labs.
