| Look for the grand-opening of the Computer Café on the 4th floor of the library in September. In this space, faculty and staff can attend Computer Café sessions or use the lab at any time to learn more about the technology that is resident in our smart classrooms including the sympodium, and Turning Point. In addition, you can learn about software products such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Turn-it-in (anti-plagiarism software), Microsoft Producer, Audacity (for podcasting), and Blackboard.
Denise King, the Assistant Director for Instructional Technology, and Nola Coulson, our part-time coordinator for online classes, will each have offices in this space and will be available to help you with your needs. You can also reach them by emailing instructionaltech@carlow.edu or calling x6338. |
