As your inbox grows in size, you may want to organize
messages by person or by subject.
You can create folders to organize your mail messages. You can also
rename mail folders.
Point
your mouse over the New button.
Select Folder from the drop down list.

Please
Note:
To create a sub-folder, click on the + sign to create a folder
within the parent folder.
Highlight the name of the folder that you want to save the
sub-folder under.
Click Ok.

Click
on the Name of the sub-folder (example “Lotus
Notes Documentation”)
to view the contents of the folder

Right-click the
name of the folder you want to rename.
Select Rename Folder from the drop down list.

Enter
the new name in the pop-up window
Click Ok
