Users access a web
site and want to mail a hyperlinked mail address. The default mail
client will open and the mail will be automatically addressed.
The default mail client in this case may be Groupwise or Outlook
Express and not configured for Lotus Notes.
Here's how you can change Lotus Notes to your default mail account:
1).Login to
you Lotus Notes email account.
2). Click on the Preferences button
on the top right hand corner of your screen.
3). Click
on the Other tab on the left side.
4). Look for the Default
Mail Client topic. Click the Make
Default button.
This button should now appear greyed out. Lotus Notes
is now your default mail account.
