Deleting Multiple E-mail Messages
   
 

When your list of e-mail messages is displayed on the screen, you can delete multiple e-mail messages at the same time.

To delete messages in order:

1). Click on the Mail tab
-Single Click on a message with the mouse
-Press and hold the SHIFT key on the keyboard
-Single Click on a message with the mouse below the original message to select all the messages in-between
-Press the DELETE key on the keyboard

To delete messages – not in order

2). Click on the Mail tab
-Single Click on a message with the mouse
-Press and hold the CTRL key on the keyboard
-Single Click on the messages below the original message to select the messages that you want to delete
-Press the DELETE key on the keyboard
