Forwarding Your Carlow Email to a Non-Carlow Email Address
   
 

You can forward your Carlow email account to a non-Carlow email address.

Do you need to read your Carlow email?
Yes. Your Carlow email is your connection to what’s happening on campus.
Your Carlow email address is where professors will send messages for your classes and from Blackboard.

*Please note: If you will not be checking your Carlow email over the summer, we recommend that you forward your email to a Non-Carlow account to save space on the Carlow network.

1). You need to create a new mail rule:
- Click on the Mail Tab
- Point to Tools
- Select New Mail Rule from the drop down list

2). Enter a Rule Name

3). Select Sender from drop down list

4). Select Contains

5). Click the Add button

6). Select Send Copy to

7). Type in your email address
- this is the non-Carlow email address that you would like to forward your Carlow mail to

8). Choose full

9). Click the Add button

10). After redirecting your email, you also need to clear your Carlow mail from your inbox
-
Select Delete
- Click on the Add button
- Click Save & Close
