If you receive an e-mail message with an attachment,
you can save the file to your computer or open the file from within
the e-mail message.
Open
the mail message.
Save
the attachment:
Scroll down to the Attachments area.
Click on the file to highlight the
file you want to save.
Click on the Disk icon.

The
Save Attachment Dialog box will appear on the screen.
Select the folder on your computer where you
want to save the file.
Click
the Save button.

Double
click on the file to open the file from within the e-mail
message.
After opening the file, close the
file to return to the mail message. |
